Questions about the problem
Return the device to its original mode: unplug it, disconnect the circuit breaker, lose power, reset the replacement filter.
If water flows through the device for about 2L (30 seconds), it will return to the original blue screen.
Make sure the water drop indicator is displayed on the left of the LCD screen when the unit starts filtering and electrolyzing water.
If the lock button attachment nut is loose, tighten it. If water is still leaking, the packaging may be damaged or the mounting nut or attachment may be damaged and must be replaced.
The switch hose is dirty. Use a toothbrush or a cotton swab to remove dirt from the spout of the spout.
If there is a scratch or crack on the switch, replace a new switch.
Make sure you do not use hot water for filtration and electrolysis. Please use tap water.
Otherwise, the conversion tap may be faulty. Replace the conversion hose with a new one.
(Note: The water storage tank and water inlet pipes in the summer may be heated to make the water warmer than normal.
Water flows out from the pressure warning valve of the switch. * Get out of the shower section of the switch hose.
The hose may be bent, twisted, or broken by other objects, or the hose nuts may be loose. If the bend does not go away, replace it with a new tube. Or, the filter may be clogged. If the discharge rate is low, replace the new filter.
Even after the hose is closed, the accumulated water in the device will remain so that any remaining acid water will flow out and stop flowing after it is completely drained.
If the pipe is bent, twisted, or broken by an object over it, fix it. If the bend does not go away, replace it with a new tube. Or check if the hose is not reversed when entering and leaving. If there are no problems with them, the air may remain in the main unit or in a hose. Check the hose on the opposite side of the water discharge problem and check if the water is draining. Or, the filter may be clogged. If the discharge rate is low, replace the filter in the machine. If the tube is bent, twisted, or crushed by another object, fix it. If the bend does not go away, replace it with a new tube. If the filter is clogged and the discharge rate is low, replace it. If the conversion hose is dirty, replace it or wash it with hot water. Or, there may be a lot of calcium deposits sticking to the electrolytic chamber, so make sure to transfer acidic water to clean the electrolyte chamber by:
* Press the button to switch between alkaline and acid (acid button) and let acid water go through the device for 5 minutes. Then return to using the alkaline button as usual.
* Repeat 3-4 times until alkaline water is guaranteed. (Or clean the pipe.)
If the speed of discharge does not return, contact the Service and Customer Service Center: South: 1900 7165 (ext 7), North: 1900 7165 (ext 9).
It is possible that the air is mixed inside the filter. Let the water run through the tap for a while and remove the air. (About 3-5 minutes).
Questions about water
Purified water is recommended for drinking by infants (in the case of infants, alkaline ionized water should not be used because bowel function is different from normal adults because they primarily consume milk.)
Do not use water from water purifiers or alkaline ionized water devices. Use water that has been treated in the way recommended by pet stores. (Since the difference in weight between person and aquarium fish is large, please consider the case.)
Alkaline ionized water itself is effective, so when taking the pill, drink with purified water. Avoid using alkaline ionized water along with other medications at the same time.
Water with a pH value of 8 to 10 is obtained from an alkaline ion electrolyte (household hydrogen water generator / medical generator). Compared to tap water, alkaline ionized water has a higher proportion of hydroxide ions (OH-) and more minerals like calcium and magnesium. Hydrogen (H2) gas is also generated during production.
Alkaline ionized water is recognized as “effective in improving digestive symptoms (chronic diarrhea, excess stomach acid, acid resistance, indigestion, abnormal fermentation of the gastrointestinal tract, constipation).”
Acidic ionized water is used to wash and wash your face and can’t drink. * Acid water is introduced as a method of use, the effects have not been recognized.
If the filter is clogged and the flushing rate has decreased, check if the filter replacement time has arrived. If the conversion hose is dirty, remove the adapter and wash with hot water. If calcium deposits are found, wash the electrolyte chamber with acid water by selecting a acid setting of 5 – 10 minutes. The white floats are the minerals in the electrolyte such as calcium … If you are concerned, please lower the electrolyte level to one level.
Because of the potential of calcium deposits on the electrolysis chamber, please use acidic water mode for 5-10 minutes to clean the electrolytic chamber, by:
* Press the button to switch between alkaline and acid (acid button) and let acid water go through the device for 5 minutes. Then return to using the alkaline button as usual.
* Repeat 3-4 times until alkaline water is guaranteed. (Or clean the pipe.)

The supernatural white bubbles are hydrogen (h2) gas generated during electrolysis. No problem because it is a very small amount of hydrogen or oxygen. This is a very good gas for health because of its high ability to deoxidize, support the body to prevent aging.
In other cases, if the filter has been replaced, air may have entered the filter. Flush the water for a while and remove the air. (About 3-5 minutes).
This is due to room temperature or instrument temperature. Please rinse the water for a while to remove that warm water. (About 1-2 minutes).
Make sure you are taking the water in alkaline water, the exhaust is not bent or the hose is not reversed. (If the hose is reversed, HU-121 does not display a water drop sign on the left side of the LCD screen). In addition, if the water quality in the living area is poor, this is a problem that makes the device unable to produce the desired pH level or may not create alkaline water.

It is recommended to replace the filter once a year to ensure performance and hygiene (avoid clogging, etc.).
We manage the replacement time of each consumer’s cartridge. After confirmation by phone, our regular replacement staff will ask you to change the cartridge to your home (installation location). (For customers registered as a customer.)
Although you can replace it yourself, service personnel should visit and replace it. (The service personnel will inspect the device, check the water quality, and clean the device.) When you replace yourself, follow the procedure described in the filter user manual. (Some products have instructions.)

Depending on the time, there is no problem even if you replace the new filter a little late or a bit earlier than the planned replacement date. However, you should replace the cartridge before or after 1 day compared to the planned replacement date if possible.
Remove the filter from the main body of the unit, remove as much water as possible, place in a plastic bag and store in the refrigerator. When you want to start using it again, attach the filter to the machine and drain for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Before discarding, the old filter should be drained, paying attention to flushing as much as possible, and the filter may be disposed of as non-burnable waste according to the rules of each local government. Do the same with the main body. (The main body is similar to common household electrical appliances. The filter uses plastic and activated carbon parts.)
